From learning to kite surf, see a rocket launch, watching an air show to going fishing, golfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing or just lazing on the beach the fun doesn't stop here.  We are close to many natural Florida habitats and trails and springs that are full of surprises. Bird watching, checking out the Manatees and dolphins and catching a beautiful sunset are more great ways to enjoy the day on the Space Coast of Florida.  Living in this area is usually about an hour to Orlando or Daytona Beach, and other International attractions. Make sure you can look past the neatly arranged furniture and focus solely on whether the house would be a good fit for you and your family. To help, here’s a home buyer’s checklist of things you might have missed at first glance.
